Voxalis has removed the hassle and cost of buying and implementing the office PBX telephone switchboard and relying on expensive telecom specialists to maintain and upgrade it.

Voxalis makes traditional phone systems obsolete by doing away with the need for an office based PBX and the associated high up-front and on-going costs. It has simplified switchboard usage to the point where it exists as a service, much in the same way that Salesforce.com and Amazon have been doing with business software.
